Default OOTB Add Item in repeating grid layout is not adding row

Summary
Pega OOTB Add Item link is not responding/adding any rows in the repeating grid layout, whereas the Tabbed repeating layout is working fine with the same page list.
Error Messages
Add Item link is not responding/adding any rows
Steps to Reproduce
1) Drag a Grid Repeating layout
2) Add a section or a field inside the grid
Root Cause
User had selected the option of "None" for the Row Operations options in the Layout Properties window.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, you need to go to the Layout Properties window and under the "Operations" tab, select "Inline" (if you have select "None" for Row editing). Please make the change, save your section and try again.
