Delete button on repeat grid behaves wrongly

Summary
A deleted row reappears after deleting it from the repeat grid.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Run a case.
2. Add few rows.
3. Delete any row except the first and last.
4. Submit the flow.
Root Cause
Pagelist Property index in virtual list is not updated on removal.
Resolution
Apply HFix-26944.
