Summary
Deleted requirement links remain when checking in a specification with Pega 7.1.8..
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
- Add requirements to a specification.
- Save and check in the specification.
- Check out the specification and remove some of the requirements from the specification.
- Save and check in the specification rule.
- Close and reopen the specification rule later on and see the removed requirements are still linked.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules that results in the changes not persisting on check-in.
Resolution
Apply HFIX-27049.
