Summary

Export excel file name spaces are coming as plus signs after installing the HFix-29663 with dependent HFix-23702.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install hotfix HFix-29663 with its dependent hotfixes.
2. Open Reports.
3. Under Categories select a category.
4. Select any Report with a space in the report name from the category.
5. Open the report, Click on Export to Excel link.

Note that the Excel filename has embedded plus signs.

Root Cause

Root cause is a result of HFix-23702 using a URLEncoding API to handle UTF -8 characters. Plus signs are suitable for URLs but are out of place for a filename.

Resolution

Apply HFix-30039 to resolve the issue.
