Description text area does not display localized values

Summary
The Description text area does not display the localized values when using the out-of-the-box pzReportDetails final section.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a report short cut and enter a field value in the report description
- Open the report > Navigate to Actions > Report Details. The Description does not display the localized value
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The read-only value option on the Presentation tab of the Cell Properties for the text area is set to 'Property value'.
It should be set to 'Localize Property Value'.
Resolution
Apply HFix-46901.
