Details are moved to bottom when I- item is opened from worklist



Section details are moved to bottom when I- case is opened from worklist, Pega Customer Service for Healthcare 7.1.3.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an interaction and close it.
2. After that open the same case/interaction from worklist.

Root Cause

The issue is because of the usage of an older version of interaction driver panel.

Customer Process manager (CPM) 7.1.3 has latest changes done in CPMTabNavigation section, user need to update your sections accordingly.


To resolve the issue, please perform the local change solution below:

Save-As the section, PegaCA-Work-Interaction.CPMTabNavigation PegaAppCA:07-13-01 into your application ruleset.
