Root Cause
User has upgraded from 5.5 to 7.x version. PRPC has changed the logic of Data-Corr-Email.PopulateRicipient activity in such a way that instead of considering the .pyEmail1 property value to prepare the To Address it is taking the .pyEmailAddresses(Email).pyEmailAddress property though it is empty.
