Discard popup does not display on canceling after changing data

Summary



On performing any action and canceling the assignment, the discard popup does not display for the user case.


Error Messages



Not Applicable.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a user case
  2. Navigate to Actions and update the case
  3. Cancel the assignment. The popup does not display and the assignment is directly canceled


Root Cause



A software use or operation error. User has included the pzDisableDirtyCheck section to suppress the dirty check.


Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Remove the pzDisableDirtyCheck section from the case.
