Distorted screen in IE with Claims Examiner



Screens are not rendered properly when opened in Internet explorer.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Claims examiner.
2. Click on claims in the left navigation pane.
3. In search claims tab, select pending-investigation status from the drop down.
4. Open any of the result displayed on the right side.
5. On the top actions menu click on claim adjustment.
6. Observe the distorted screen.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rule.

The dynamic layout with flex style does not work properly in Internet Explorer 11.


An enhancement request, FDBK-23661, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
