'Download' link fails in 'pyAttachFieldOptional' in screen flow

Summary
Download link in pyAttachFieldOptional section does not work in a Screen Flow.
A property (defined as Attachment field type) is used in a screen flow. Thumbnail displays correctly after uploading the image file. However, the Download link does not work.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Property (defined as Attachment field type).
- Use the property in a screen flow.
- Upload an image.
- Click the Download link.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local-change:
The script that downloads the attachment needs 'pyWorkAttachmentHiddenFrame' section to be present in the harness. Include 'pyWorkAttachmentHiddenFrame' section in the harness or section for the download to work. This section is included out-of-the-box in Pega 7.1.9.
