Drag And Drop Attachment Busy Indicator not displayed

Summary
When trying to attach a document of 8 MB using OOTB Drag and Drop functionality, system does not show busy indicator and webpage remains unresponsive until the attachment gets uploaded.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Attach a document of 10 MB using drag and drop functionality.
Root Cause
This behaviour is observed on PRPC 6.3SP1 when user drag and drop the attachment for uploading. There is no busy icon shown on this process. Here the file attachment is controlled by DragandDrop.ocx(ActiveX) control. This control design is not supported to change the mouse cursor when it's active.
At present, changing this design behaviour is not feasible. So an alert message box is introduced before the file gets uploaded. Additionally, till the file uploads, there is one label indication for user understanding.
