Drag and Drop routes to incorrect work basket

Summary
Drag and drop routes the worklist or workbasket item to an incorrect work basket and displays the incorrect workbasket name on hover.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the Manager portal. Validate if team members and workbaskets are large.
- Add a scrollbar for the team members.
- Drag the worklist item to team members first and scroll to top of the workbasket.
Root Cause
Pega 7.2.2 does not support this use case. Dashboard widgets cannot have scrollbars.
Resolution
Perform either of the following local-changes:
- Remove the scrollbars from Dashboard widgets.
- Scroll to the desired position and drag the work item over.
