Drill-down report does not work as expected

SA-16607

Summary

When clicking on a column in a summary view, the drill-down report (displayed in a list view) displays all the items associated with the row (CSR name) in the summary view, and not just those specific to the column that was clicked (Last SWIFT Action Taken).

The summary view is only grouped by the CSR name, but it is expected that the drill-down only displays the items for that CSR that match the "Last SWIFT Action Taken" count that was clicked and not all items for the CSR.

Root Cause

The reported behavior works the way the product is designed .

Resolution

An enhancement request has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.

However, one possible solution to the above requirement with the existing product design is to use two-level drill-down. User can use a SummaryView report that drills down to another SummaryView report which further drills down to a ListView report.
