Drilldown report does not consider the filter condition of the Summary report.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure the Summary report with a custom filter section
- Filter the report data based on the value selected in the custom filter
- Configure a drill down report, on click of Count on the Summary report
Root Cause
The Summary report is configured with the custom filter section. On selecting the filter condition, the value of Count displays on the Summary report. On click of Count, all the records display on the User Interface. However, the parameters are not passed to the custom drill down report. In RunReport and DisplayReport, an activity is invoked to create a new custom filter page when one is already present. This must not occur on refreshing.
