1. Tag another user using the out-of-the-box dashboard pulse feature.
2. Submit the post.

Root Cause

A different activity pyAddPost under PegaKMPortal is invoked in user's system. Activity pyAddPost under Pega-Social should be used.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:
Save the rule (activity pyAddPost under Pega-Social) to the ruleset.
