Duplicate Primary Keys data entry in database table

Duplicate Primary Keys data entry displays in the database table. Instead of updating the existing row, a new row is inserted.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

Run the flow that updates and saves an existing work item.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
The table does not have a primary key. The Save method used is Insert or Update which relies on the presence of a primary key on the table.

Make the following change to the operating environment:
  1. Remove duplicate rows to only retain the current version of each work object.
  2. Add the missing primary key to the table.
