EAR deployment is failing after making MQ configuration changes

Summary



User migrated their application from 6.3SP1 to 7.1.9 and facing an issue with EAR deployment. Issue is witnessed after making the changes in "ejb-jar.xml" and "ibm-ejb-jar-bnd.xmi" files for configuring the MQs and Listeners.

With the same MQ configuration, 6.3 SP1 setup was running fine and not working with Pega 7.1.9.

Steps to Reproduce



Add the MQ Details & Listener details to the "ejb-jar.xml" and "ibm-ejb-jar-bnd.xmi" files and deploy the EAR file.


Root Cause



Configuration process has been changed from 7.1.8 onwards. It has been simplified.

Resolution
