Edit in Excel button not appearing in Chrome for decision tables

Summary
The edit in Excel button is not appearing for decision tables when opened in Chrome or Firefox browsers. However, in Internet Explorer (IE) it opens.

Steps to Reproduce
Open a decision table in Chrome or Fire Fox browsers.
Root Cause
The ‘Edit in Excel' is implemented using an ActiveX control and ActiveX traditionally is IE-specific (especially the way we embed it in HTML using the <object> tag with the classid attribute which is understood by only IE)
Resolution
The behaviour is expected. The ActiveX controls in PRPC are only supported in IE.
