Summary

Edit in Excel option fails for Decision Table, while editing in IE 11 and Excel 2010 32 bit with PRPC 6.3 SP1.

Steps to Reproduce

Click Edit In excel button for decision table.

Root Cause

There are various version of the Active-X plugins that are installed under "<system>\downloaded program files" due to which the error pop is occurring. 

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

1.          Uninstall the OCX and install the OCX pugin's with the Administrator privileges.  
2.          Restart your local system.
