Summary

Email is not attached to the paperclip history of workobject when Corr-New Pega OOTB rule is used.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a request
2. Attach a document and send it to a Party.
3. Resolve complete the request
4. Email has been received to user but it is not attached to the workobject.

Root Cause

This is due to an issue in the custom application code.

CorrAttach activity was not called in the custom activity after calling CorrNew. CorrAttach is responsible for attaching the correspondence to the workobject.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, add the sixth step in the activity by calling CorrAttach activity.
