Email body does not display in Triage cases



When an email body consists of multiple lines of text, the email body does not display in Triage cases.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure an Email Listener or Email Channel in Pega Platform 8.4.
  2. Send a mail to the receiver email account to create an Email Triage case.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.4.2.
