Email body does not display in Triage cases
When an email body consists of multiple lines of text, the email body does not display in Triage cases.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure an Email Listener or Email Channel in Pega Platform 8.4.
- Send a mail to the receiver email account to create an Email Triage case.
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.4.2.
