Email does not generate when using pzSendEmail with work party configuration.

Steps to Reproduce
Use pzSendEmail to send an email and specify a work party.
Root Cause
One of the work parties on the work object did not have the pxPartyRole property set. Even though the email was not sent to this work party, the code in CorrNew iterates through the work parties and checks this property.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Set pxPartyRole for each work party.
