Summary
On creating an email Triage case, the case is sent to the problem flow.
Error Messages
This flow is in draft mode; it cannot be executed.
Steps to Reproduce
Create an email triage case on a system with a Production level of 5.
Root Cause
The pyPreTriage flow had the Draft mode enabled out-of-the-box.
Resolution
Apply HFix-52938.
