Enter key does not submit the focus in Pega CSHC 7.31

Summary
Post PRPC 6.2 SP1 upgrade, the Enter key does not submit the focus form and navigates to the next screen from the textbox or dropdown.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to Pega 7.3.1 with Pega Customer Service for Healthcare (CSHC) 7.31 as CSHCMgr user.
- Start a new Provider call.
- Create a new Provider.
- Click Enter from any textbox or dropdown.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform either of the following local-changes:
- Write a custom JavaScript code for the Enter key to submit the focus.
- Add an action set with Event as 'Enter Key' and Action as 'Finish Assignment' on each dynamic layout of each form.
