Entries of old app nodes not removed

Summary
The environment is running with four app nodes. The current nodes are newly created and added to the environment a week ago.
The old nodes(all four) have been removed from the cluster. But still the old node entries are populated and available in application.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log into the application.
2. Check the node details in designer studio.
Root Cause
It is the intended behavior with the PRPC.
Resolution
Delete the invalid nodes directly from the designer studio to resolve the issue.
