Error on creating a new Service case
User creates a Service case and clicks a link to open the case details on another tab. However, error occurs on creating a new Service case after returning to the Interaction case. This functionality works fine on Pega Customer Service 8.2.1. The issue occurs after the patch upgrade on Pega 8.2.5.
Blue screen error:
The operation completed successfully, but returned no content.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Interaction and a Service case
- Open another service from the Service case using Open-Work-By-Handle.The service opens on a new tab
- Switch back to the Interaction tab
- Add a Service case. The error occurs
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The pega.util.Connect.asyncRequest JS API used in Pega_cs_notification_manager does not execute the success callback in the right harness context from where the request is initiated.
