Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the PRE assignment.
2. Log out in the device.
3. Wait for 15 minutes to passivate the application requestor.
4. Check the logs. No exception occurs.
5. Navigate to or from PRE assignment to any other assignment in the flow.
6. Check the logs.

Note: The issue can be replicated only on the device with Pega Mobile Client service, and may not be replicated on the browser.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Resolution

Apply HFix-27261.
