Summary
Error occurs on executing a Property-Seek-Value call as part of a flow. The issue occurs intermittently.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
Execute the Property-Seek-Value method through an activity.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. The en_GB/"English (United Kingdom)" locale was used when the browser configuration was impacted. The browser locale was used since the users did not have a locale specified on the Operator ID record. Date values in the MM/DD/YYYY format were set to date properties in the application rules invoked through the Property-Seek-Value method. The validation failed when the impacted users initiated the functionality since they had the en_GB locale. Hence, the Property-Seek-Value call failed and the error displayed.
Resolution
Perform one of the following local-changes:
- Utilize the YYYY/MM/DD date format which is valid in most locales
- Set a locale via the user operator ID records which accept the MM/DD/YYYY date format
- Ensure that the user browsers are set to a locale which accepts the MM/DD/YYYY date format
