Error on exporting Product rule using PRPCServiceUtils

Summary
User has configured a class mapped from an external Database table. Error occurs and the build fails when exporting the Product rule using PRPCServiceUtils.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Create a Product rule
- Export the rule using PRPCServiceUtils
Root Cause
User had mapped a class from an external database table. The database instance of the external table is not present in the instances. Hence the flow failed when running it using prpcserviceutils.sh which validates the class for its database table connection.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add the database instance and regenerate the Product rule.
