Summary

While upgrading FSIF Framework from 7.11 to 7.15 getting error while prpcUtils.bat is running the below ddl command
ALTER TABLE PEGAJUPITERDEV_DATA.Req_DocLib ADD CONSTRAINT req_doclib_pk PRIMARY KEY (DocumentID)

Error Messages

ORA-02437: cannot validate (PEGAJUPITERDEV_DATA.REQ_DOCLIB_PK) - primary key violated

Steps to Reproduce

Run prpcutils.bat file to import PegaFSIF_07.01.05.zip

Root Cause

Primary key constraint introduced only in FSIF 7.15

Resolution

Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior: 

REQ_DOC_LIB table provides few set of requirements to use them as OOTB and during upgrade it might have failed because of the introduction of the PRIMARY KEY in the FSIF7.15 release only.
 
As long as this table is not extended  or reuse the OOTB requirement docs during the implementation creating a new empty table will not have any side effects
