Error in importing field values for dynamic referenced property

Summary
Field values which has dynamic reference to a property are not being created by the localization wizard and gives errors while importing.
Error Messages
List of errors while importing the translation package.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Run the localization wizard.
2. Get the file which has all the labels to be translated (Export the translation package)
3. Translate the file and import the file again to the localization wizard.
4. Field values which has dynamic reference to a property are not being created , instead shown as import errors at the end of the wizard.
Root Cause
The field values for dynamically referenced properties does not pick the values dynamically sometimes. Hence field values has to be manually created.
Resolution
The reported behaviour does not occur when the field values are created manually.
