There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the set up did not  finish as expected. Contact  your support personnel or package vendor.

Steps to Reproduce

Install the Robotic Automation Runtime.        

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. Pega Notification Manager does not start. Uninstall and reinstall the Pega Notification Manager.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

1. Uninstall the native foundation
2. Delete the registry entry for the Pega Notification Manager to delete the services
   (Example Registry Key path, <your Computer name>\<your HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>\<your SYSTEM>)
3. Delete the openspan folder from 
   Appdata
   Programdata
   ProgramFiles
4. Reinstall the runtime
