Summary
When invoking a REST Service with OAUTH 2.0, authorization does not work and Error 404 occurs. This occurs intermittently.

Steps to Reproduce
- Use the wizard to create a new REST Service.
- Setup OAUTH 2.0 Authorization and trigger a request.
Root Cause
OAuth 2.0 was used to access the protected API resources.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-60669, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
