Error generated in the log when importing the hotfix package created with Frameworks.


Error Messages



ERROR CSFSSysAdmin - Error opening instance with key RULE-APPLICATION CSFSWEBBOT 07.31 
ERROR CSFSSysAdmin - Error opening instance with key DATA-ADMIN-OPERATOR-ACCESSGROUP CSFSWEBCHATBOTADMIN



Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the Customer Service for Financial Services (CSFS) application.
  2. Import the hotfix package from the Hotfix Manager.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Installing the hotfix package from the Hotfix Manager in Frameworks is a new feature. The generation of the rule inventory includes checking for a group of instances which did not exist in the database. This caused multiple logs.



Resolution



Apply HFix-41409.
