Error message for Concurrency does not display

Summary



Requirement for a message to display once chat exceeds Concurrency of an agent.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Keep a CSR available 
  2. Set the Concurrency of the user to three
  3. Log in to Chat as four different users 
  4. Chat with an agent by logging in as four different users 
  5. Chat with the agent as the fourth user. Error message for Concurrency does not display 


Root Cause



This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
 

Resolution



An enhancement request, FDBK-65771, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
