When multiple messages displayed as form-level errors in the CPMInteraction portal are clipped in the vertical dimension.

Steps to Reproduce
Submit a flow action with three or more errors.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems' code or rules:
The amount of space for the error section was hard-coded at 35 px.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Create a custom version of the CSS rule cpm-overrides.css, and include the following at the end:
.layout-fieldset-errors, .layout-noheader-errors, .layout-outline-errors {
height:100%;
}
