Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to Portal.
  2. Expand Bulk Processing secton
  3. Select a workbasket from the field "Transfer cases from"
  4. A set of cases in that workbasket would appear.
  5. Expand a particular case. The case hierarchy of that particular section would be shown along with the three check boxes "Cases,Open Assignments and Completed Assignments."
  6. Click any box.

Root Cause

When a Section is included via Show-Stream, it does not have a context, it just renders in the same context as of its parent Harness. It is important that we provide a context to the section if it is of a different class than the Harness.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Include the section to be shown in another section by a using page. The using page needs to be the same on which the Show-Stream is called. This generates a wrapper around the Section with the required base-ref attribute.
