Steps to Reproduce
- Configure the Approval flow with a User Reference field to dynamically route the approval to a user
- Configure an Autocomplete field in a section for users to select the approver
- Run the process
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. The pyUserName value was passed for the assignment routing instead of the pyUserIdentifier value.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Use the pyUserIdentifier property to route the assignment.
To display the username in the sections of the flow process, set the value of pyUserName to another property and use that property in the read-only display.
