Error when editing Data Table with property using Dynamic Select

Summary
When using a property that has a Dynamic Select configured on the property rule, an error occurs attempting to edit the data in the table.
Error Messages
"Select Element WBProjet is missing DSCaption"
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a data table.
2. Create a property and use "DynamicSelect" control to display it.
3. From Pega Button > Data > Data Tables, then click one of the Edit icons.
4. Append a new item to the data table.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by Hfix-22645 in PRPC 6.2 SP2.
There is also a PRPC 6.3 SP1 version of this hotfix which is Hfix-9729.
