Error when trying to create a Remote Case

Summary



After complete steps of FCM configuration and trying to create a FCM remote case from master system is throwing an error in UI.


Error Messages



The requested resource is not available.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure FCM in both master and remote system.
  2. Login to the master system.
  3. From Create try to create remote system work object.
  4. Observe that error is shown in UI and the work object is not created.


Root Cause



The configuration steps done at developer end are not completely correct.

The remote system name should be the hostname and the URL they were giving in the remote system is wrong.

Resolution



Apply below local cahnge.
  1. Save the RemoteSystem name with the HostName created in the Gateway deployment.
  2. The Gateway URL in Remote system should be ‘http://Masterhostname:post/prgateway/PRPCGateway’.
