Error while clicking "Try to locate Existing PRPC Session"

Summary
When user tries to open the PRPC application in multiple windows, the error messages are displayed. However, the message is not complete,it is truncated.
Error Messages
Close this window
Try to locate the existing PRPC session and close this one
Close existing PRPC windows and Log Off - you will lose all unsaved data in the clip-board
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the PRPC operating environment.Missing Field value.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by Hfix-7642.
