Steps to Reproduce
- Install PMF 7.2 framework
- Add PegaProjectMgmt:SysAdmin access group and map it to the operator ID
- Launch PMF Work Manager portal
- Navigate to scrum board
- Create a new issue or open an old one
Root Cause
Empty action set defined on textarea.
Resolution
Perform Save-As of the section to the application ruleset and delete the action set.
