Error while creating a new Pega 7 application

When creating a New Application, the user encounters an error if the Built on application is an out-of-the-box version of the Care Management Framework (CMF). Other frameworks do not cause this behavior.

Error Messages

Save failed: ** Problem invoking function: pega_wb_default.pxAddGuardrailMessage--(ClipboardProperty,String,HashStringMap), For input string: "pzError"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run create New Application.
2. Select a CMF application as the "Built on application".

Root Cause

A rule has a Save As issue in case type. An issue occurs when trying to pickup from the database. Deleting the rule and creating it again with same the configuration solves the issue.

HFix-22133 resolves the issue.
