Error while creating property with Pega 7.1.6

SA-15810

Summary

User is facing an issue while trying to create a property with Pega 7.1.6.

Error Messages

There is no configuration ( no DATA-ADMIN-DB-name instance) for database oracle

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Records Explorer.
2. Navigate to sysadmin - Properties.
3. Create a property.

Root Cause

While creating a property a flow rule is being invoked which belongs to the class 'Work-ProjectManagement'. A database table is created on Work-Projectmanagement class in which there was change in the mapping to a database 'Oracle', that does not exist.

Resolution

As the rules under the class Work-ProjectMangement are out of the box and are used in creating and managing other rules, Pega recommends to delete the database table to revert the changes.
