Error while installing Care Management Application Framework

Summary
User is attempting to install the Care Management Application 7.13 framework on PRPC 718. They are getting the below error message during the installation:

Root Cause
Pega Survey 7.12 is a prerequisite for installing Care Management Application (CMA) 7.13 framework. This prerequisite framework is missing from user's installation environment.
Resolution
Follow the below steps to resolve the issue:
- Install Pega Survey 7.12 and Healthcare Industry Foundation (HCIF) 7.13 frameworks before installing Care Management Application 7.13 framework on PRPC 718.
