Error while running the BIX Extract rule

Summary
Extraction on some data classes does not work when running the BIX Extract rule.
Error Messages
(rd.resolve.SqlReportResolver) ERROR - An error occured during resolving the report definition - No access permission for the report.
Steps to Reproduce
Run the BIX Extract rule from Command Line using the -I parameter.
Root Cause
User was unable to access the class instances.
Resolution
Perform the below local-change when running the extract with the -I parameter:
Provide a username and password in the Extract script using -a (username) and -p (password).
