Errors occur on indexing work items

Errors occur on indexing a few work items in the Development environment post upgrading to Pega 8.3 from Pega 7.1.9.

Steps to Reproduce

Upgrade to Pega 8.3 after applying Data Definition Language (DDL) manually.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. At the database level, a few of the older work objects in this column lost reference to the pzPVStream Binary Large Object (BLOB) column content. However, the work object cannot be accessed without the BLOB column.

Perform the following local-change:
Remove all of the instances from work table where the pzPVStream column is null.
