During running a Out-of-the-box (OOTB) or Custom List View, in the result pop-up, If the user click "Export to Excel" button, a download bar comes to the title bar.

It consists 'Open', 'Save' and 'Save As' option. This 'Save'/'Save As' option download the List View outcome in .csv format into the Local system.

This feature is quite similar with other browsers like 'Chrome', 'Safari' and it works fine.

But if 'Open' button gets clicked, the List View result comes out into the excel file, but without any worksheet being loaded. As a result, blank spreadsheet gets opened to user.
