Excel generates duplicate content while exporting from report

Summary
Column data in a report definition displays twice in the generated Excel. This occurs while using the 'export to Excel' option from the reports.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Report Definition rule
- Provide the column format option as TextAreaWithExpandSmall
- Run the report and export it to excel. The columns options as TextAreaWithExpandSmall is duplicated in the Excel
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-46369.
