Exceptions due to ProcessFlowPath override by survey

Summary
Clicking on the next button in screen flow is throwing exceptions with PegaSurvey 7.2.2.

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch Casa Management portal.
- Search for patient.
- Add COPD assessment to the patient.
- Complete patient verification and start the assessment.
- Click on next button exceptions are shown in server.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Section processflowpath in PegaSurvey is throwing null pointer exception.
The line if(tools.getPrimaryPage().getStringIfPresent("isBreadCrumbRequired").equals("true")) is causing null pointer exception.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34349.
